In honor of National Waffle Day coming up, it’s only right if I present to you some new waffle recipes that are sure to turn some heads and be a hit! There’s more to waffles than plain syrup or fruit compote and I have the top five interesting waffle combination recipes that you should try to spice up your taste buds!

Starting off with a spin on an old classic:
Whole Wheat Banana Waffles! Now this waffle is for those who are trying to savor the sweet goodness of a waffle but without all the calories. If you’re on a diet or just trying to stay snatched #AllSummer16, try giving this recipe a go. The bananas are a great combination in waffles and give a sweetness without all the added sugar.
