Apparently A$AP Rocky made some alterations to the condo without informing the landlord first. Once the landlord was aware of the alterations, the two came to an agreement that the rapper would restore them back to the original condition of the unit without any damage being done.
It has been reported that upon Rocky’s departure of the unit, the landlord claims that on top of the rapper’s failure to restore the alterations as promised, there was a lot more damage done to the unit.
According to Scott Crowe, the owner of the condo suing Rocky, the rapper left the place “in a generally filthy state with dirt, huge piles of debris, and garbage throughout the Unit.”
Some more of the damages and changes reported are a custom chandelier that was removed, damaged floors, carpet installed without approval and not restored, a security camera that was damaged, a damaged fireplace, a damaged bathroom, a walk-in closet that has been demolished and replaced with a studio recording room and scratches and stains all throughout the unit.
A$AP Rocky has not spoken out in regards to this lawsuit. Instead, rapper may be focusing on his next album release, since his latest album “At. Long. Last. ASAP” was released back in May of 2015. At. Long. Last. ASAP was an 18-track album featuring artists like Lil Wayne, ScHoolboy Q, UGK, Future, Juicy J and more.
Let’s hope A$AP Rocky is busy at work on new music that we can look forward to! Hey, that might be his reason for not having time to fix up the condo?
