“Bad & Bisexual!” Chance The Rapper’s Brother, Taylor Bennett (@_TaylorBennett), Comes Out!

The closet door has swung wide open Wednesday as Taylor Bennett, the brother of breakout sensation Chance The Rapper has revealed on Twitter that he considers himself a bisexual male.

Taylor BennettTwitter seems to be a new source of releasing information; taking away the need and hoopla of having a press conference. Recently, the group Fifth Harmony revealed on Twitter the separation of group member Camila; now others are taking note and starting to give the public first-hand news via Twitter.

The revelation comes just one-day beforeTaylor Bennett’s 21st birthday, he stated in a Tweet:

My birthday is tomorrow & moving into next year I’d like to be more open about myself to help others that struggle with the same issues. Growing up I’ve always felt indifferent about my sexuality & being attracted 2 one sex & today I would like to openly come out to my fans. I do recognize myself as a bisexual male & do & have always openly supported the gay community & will keep doing so in 2017.

Tribune notes he’s son of Choose Chicago senior adviser Ken Bennett, who used to work for President Obama and his mother, Lisa, previously worked for the Illinois attorney general.
